This class will give participants the opportunity to explore mind-body awareness, meditative movement, balance, and fitness through taiji (tai chi) form, qigong (chi gung) exercises, meditation, and agility training.
Instructor: Clebert LeBlanc, PT, DPT
Clebert currently leads a tai chi and qigong classes at the New Orleans VA. He has several certifications in several styles of tai chi and qigong. He has also studied Aikido for more than 25 years and is an Aikido instructor at NOLA Aikido Dojo.
Clebert is a Physical Therapist and uses his knowledge and expertise in anatomy, health, fitness, and mindfulness practices to enhance the experience of those that attend his class.
